Hannah & Darren

Hannah and Darren were a dream. When I met Hannah for the first time at Starbucks, I knew that we would be friends. I texted Ben immediately to let him know that we had hit the jackpot of cool brides. As the day of Hannah and Darren's wedding drew near, she facetimed me to let me know that she had the flu. Let me tell you, girl is a trooper. We actually got the chance to create most of Hannah's table arrangements ourselves, which, of course, made me want to take up floral arranging as a (third) side job, which, of course, Ben shot down because I have "too much on my plate". Yeah. Right. Anyway, with setup well underway, we were able to start coordinating the family for the walk down the isle.

The ceremony was as absolutely gorgeous, authentic, and tender as Hannah and Darren themselves are.

The ceremony took place outside of a wooden barn, with a rolling cow pasture as the backdrop. It was as absolutely gorgeous, authentic, and tender as Hannah and Darren themselves are. They incorporated a rope tying tradition before their vows, making it that much more personal and memorable. I don't think there was a dry eye in the field as they were pronounced husband and wife. The reception was inside the all-wood venue. White flowers and long pine garland set the mood for a really beautiful celebration. The food was delish, the crowd tore up the dance floor, and the cake. Y'all, the cake. Hannah and Darren's wedding will definitely go down in our memories as one of our favorites (and not just because of the cake).
